Powder-coated steel rod. Stainless steel blade. Handle and adjustment screw heads made of plastic. 30 cm-Ø Wheel made of polyamide. Height 1.24 m, length 1.24 m, total width 50.5 cm. Hoe width 25 cm, blade width 5 cm. Weight 6 kg.
With its sharp blade the steel loop hoe undercuts only the upper layer of topsoil, shaving off weeds with flat roots. Especially effective in extensive vegetable gardens and on unpaved paths. It is also easy to use in harder ground. The rod which holds the cutting head is continuously adjustable to accomodate the height of the user. The wheel hoe is delivered in pieces and can be assembled in a few steps. Instructions are included.
