Single Hammock in Cotton

The hammocks are made using the company's own specially developed continuous weaving technique resulting not only in an opulent fabric, but one that is extraordinarily tear-resistant. An adjustable wooden fixing rod prevents the woven fabric from bunching together, and a tensioning device allows adjustments to the length. For one, the manufacture uses synthetic material: the suspension ropes is made of a weather-resistant polyester blend which guarantees the hammock's long-term resilience and load capacity.

These item of furniture come from one of the most remarkable manufacturers, which has been operating since the mid-1980s in the Mühlviertel region of Upper Austria, producing high-quality hammocks and hanging chairs, hammock stands and matching accessories. This company has a high degree of vertical integration: it purchases only the raw materials. All work is carried out in-house: spinning, weaving, carpentry and joinery, and metal work.
