This light tweed hound’s tooth is woven from coarse, well insulating wool from Shetland sheep. It’s made in the old, established Mallalieus weaving mill of Delph in Yorkshire. Nigel Cabourn uses the fabric to produce a casual jacket with a natural shoulder (without padding), with a short collar and four rather high closing buttons. The pocket locations are underscored by cotton webbing with cleanly executed edges.
