Monopol Double Winged Lever Corkscrew
Article Number 14119
This utensil was patented in 1888 for the Englishman H. S. Heeley and is known in the history of corkscrews as "Heeley‘s Double Winged Lever Corkscrew A1". Force is transferred to the cork with a leverage of approximately 3:1. This makes it incredibly easy to remove the cork and, thanks to a centering ring in the attachment, also very cleanly from the neck of the bottle. For this top model Monopol uses a hardened steel thread.
