Modelling Material for Repairs Formcard

Sometimes a handle is missing, a bracket or the protective cap for a chisel, a cutter or some other sharp tool. With the FORMcard you can quickly repair the broken refrigerator door handle, missing tool handles or plastic sand shovels. Just put the bioplastic card in a cup of boiling water. As soon as it is soft, you can shape the card like clay and repair handles or makeshift tool, brackets, hooks, funnels, etc. If you are so inclined, you can also make little sculptures. The result is not irreversible: if the new shape isn’t right or you need another, the FORMcard can simply be rewarmed with a hairdryer and reshaped. As long as the material is very hot, it will stick to other plastics (but try it out first before making a repair). If you don’t want it to stick, let the card cool off a bit.
The FORMcard is made of petroleum-free and a styrene-free bioplastic. It comes in a space saving credit card format, and you can carry it in your wallet. This format is also good for storing material that has already been shaped because it can be heated slowly and evenly by putting it back into a bath of warm water.
