From Jupiter. Mincing into a new orbit.
Instead of just squeezing the food through the grinder, the mincer from the German manufacturer Jupiter cleanly cuts the meat with sharpened stainless steel blades. Three perforated cutting discs with large, medium and fine holes will mince meat – and large quantities of it – with ease. Just remove the sinews and cut the meat into larger pieces and this mincer will do the trick. As if this weren't enough, the hand unit is just as competent in preparing raw fruit and vegetables and shredding hard cheese. A "Spritzgebäck" (shortbread biscuit) attachment is included. Spritzgebäck is a type of German biscuit made of flour, butter, sugar, and eggs. When made correctly, the cookies are crisp and buttery at the same time. The German “Spritz(en)” means to squirt in English. The mincer can be used to transform the dough into strands with a rough surface that will result in the crisp cookies. Unlike aluminium models, you can clean this mincer in the dishwasher, because body and blades are made of stainless steel.
