This raised bed provides the opportunity in cramped quarters to successfully grow herbs, lettuce, zucchini, cucumbers or Swiss chard (the bed is not suitable for vegetables with deep roots, like carrots).
No waterlogging, but spaciousness.
The bottom of the bed sinks towards a rubber insert in the middle bottom and a surplus of water flows off. A surplus of water flows off. If you place a bucket under the rubber insert, the water is easily collected. Other pots, buckets and tools find a place there, too.
The raised beds are delivered disassembled with the necessary tools and material for fastening included with delivery. Before filling the bed with soil, a thin drainage layer should be put on the bottom of the bed, either of expanded clay or a thick, absorbent fleece.
