Fine Spray Brass Sprinkler Head
Article Number 19469
The Heads. Made of brass. One – the fine spray head.
As the name suggests, this attachment produces a fine ‘mist’ of water. It’s the preferred method for the careful watering of seedlings, particularly in greenhouses. If you do decide to use it out of doors, don’t forget that it can only be used on absolutely windless, overcast days. Wind scatters the droplets, and sunshine evaporates them – and your plants go thirsty.
Flexible, adjustable and inexpensive to run: a sprinkler kit from France.
One base, and three possible superstructures – depending on your requirements you can put together a complete irrigation system adapted to the changing, individual conditions in your garden. Really flexible! All component parts come from a traditional foundry and machine tool works in Picardy that for many years has specialized in garden machinery. Wherever possible, they use solid metal – for example, the heavy cast base of zamak designed to stand firm under the rotating superstructure (two lateral holes have been provided to screw it into the ground should this be necessary). The ½-inch connector in the middle (with inside thread) is there to take the sprinkler superstructures (whichever one you choose). One of the two side nozzles (with ¾-inch inside thread) is ready to be screwed on to a fitted brass hose adapter. The other is closed off with a plastic end plug so that it can be used to attach two or more working sprinklers in a row: up to four are possible! To set this system up, you need our special machine connecting adapters.
