Carpasus. Elegant Sustainability.
The Swiss label, Carpasus, from the canton of St. Gallen, combines style, quality and sustainability for its elegant men's shirts, while at the same time raising awareness about the origins of the clothes we wear every day against our skin. The fabric from which the shirts are made is fairtrade organic cotton from India. It is not cultivated in monocultures and in a way that with rainfall irrigation serves to reduce water consumption. The cotton is woven into soft twill in Vorarlberg, Austria, dispensing with toxic chemicals in yarn dyeing and fabric finishing. The shirts themselves are finally produced to the best possible standards in European clothing. Throughout the supply chain, Carpasus relies on transparency: a sewn-in code in each shirt allows its wearer to track on www.carpasus.com where and by whom their shirt was made.
