Canadian Maple Cooking Spoon

General Information
For Dynamic and Fluidic Movements.
These cooking tools come from Quebec, the French-speaking part of Canada. They are made by a wood processing company that has a lot of experience with optimizing equipment for a strong current: Originally they specialized on canoe paddles. With that know-how, they have developed a special design for the cross-section of these cooking tools: It supports a dynamic hand movement while stirring in the pot or turning fried food in the pan. The Canadians use maple wood from the area around the woodworking company. Carved out of the solid wood, the utensils gain their shape with the help of band saw and grinder. After sanding, the wood receives a surface-protecting finish with food-safe white oil.
