Caldey Milk Chocolate
Very Fine, Creamy, and Aromatic.
This very fine, creamy, aromatic milk chocolate is produced on Caldey Island. The production takes place outside the walls of the cloister area but under monastic license. According to the monks, this won’t change under any circumstances. Similarly to their famous shortbread, the milk chocolate is made by hand.
Notes and ingredients:
Sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder , cocoa mass, skimmed milk powder , soya lecithin , vanilla.
Cocoa percentage at least 30%.
