Actually you need two gondolas in order to replicate how the original operated in the 1960s: the Eibsee reversible aerial tram with opposing gondolas on the Zugspitze in Bavaria. At a speed of 10 meters per second the original transported up to 45 passengers. Our model in a scale of 1:43 has a mechanical spring drive with a start-stop lever. The car comes with a 5 meter long cable. In order to travel back the gondola must be turned around. Made by Kovap in the Czech Republic.
