First-rate. A deck chair made of brown ash wood.
Essential to those deck chairs considered to be reclining chairs is the flair of excellence, with regard to comfort and downright resilient durability; indeed, these chairs survived rough waters without any damages on a trip lasting many weeks. With our model, we have oriented ourselves towards this excellence; whereby our focus is less on creating durable chairs, which aren’t entirely necessary for the garden or terrace, and instead much more on comfortable chairs. For this reason we have chosen, instead of Teak, massive brown ash timber which does not have the weather-resistant qualities inherent in Teak (an attribute helpful in the Tropics); instead, ash timber is incredibly elastic and indigenous to our region. The seat, backrest, and footrest are ergonomically shaped so that you can lie quite comfortably. All wood components are carefully processed and fastened to each other; the fittings are made of yellow galvanised steel. We are especially proud of our creative solution for the footrest: it can be moved, when not in use, completely under the seat thanks to the grooves into which it is fastened.
