Tirelessly comfortable. Elk leather.
Elk leather is one of the toughest and most durable of all types of leather, yet at the same time wonderfully soft and supple after tanning. Despite this, it is rarely used to make slippers – although it has the ideal characteristics for a shoe of this type from the outset. With this shoe, Haflinger has gone a step further and combined it with calfskin padding. The anatomically shaped cork and latex footbeds are not fixed; if necessary, you can replace them with your own. The outsole made of solid, finely profiled rubber is sewn on using saddler’s yarn. Although these shoes can certainly tolerate a walk on the terrace or in the garden, they cannot be described as roadworthy” due to the softness of the material.
