Dressing-gowns and hand towels by Framsohn.

The Austria firm of Framsohn have been making quality dressing-gowns and towels since 1908; the whole production process – dyeing, weaving, cutting – takes place under one roof. Dressing-gowns and hand towels are usually made from one and the same cloth – terry. Framsohn make ours from two different types of materials, a honeycomb piqué and a fine terry-cloth. These two materials make an excellent pair, not only to look at, but also from the practical point of view, where the rather light (260g/sq.m.), fluffy terry, naturally more absorbent, is complemented by the fine piqué. Honeycomb piqué makes an immediate impression with its characteristic surface – but it's also absorbent, dries quickly, and a particular quality it has is its 'peeling' effect when used in a hand-towel – it stimulates the circulation while it dries you off.

Garment Care:

Machine wash at 60°C. Suitable for spin dryer. Shrinkage of approx. 6 % already provided for by generous cut.
