This briefcase is very similar in looks to our shoulder bag – after all, they were both originally used for the postal service. The capacious main compartment will take files up to 8 cm wide or – in the separate felt compartment –a laptop with 15-inch screen, while yet another compartment is provided for DIN-A4 documents. There’s also a special small pocket for your mobile phone, two pen holders and a small zip compartment. The case is made of pit-tanned leather which gives it a pleasant softness and a good-looking grain. Front and back are both cut from a single piece of leather: no stitching at bottom, so no repairs necessary. Handle of 4-ply leather with sturdy fastening further reinforced by a hidden steel strip insert running the whole length of the top. With adjustable, detachable shoulder strap attached to back by two reinforced oval rings allowing the case to lie straight, and close to the body.
