Hadarit – it even presses pomegranates.

Hadarit is the lemon juice extractor in Israel, used all over the country by street-vendors. In our opinion it’s the best of its kind. It’s indestructible, is made almost entirely of steel and weighs nearly 10 kilos. Its simple, purist lines come from its functionality. The heavy hand-lever (with non-slip grip) is constructed so as to provide maximum pressing power with minimum effort – so much so, that you can even squeeze the juice out of pomegranates! The only synthetic parts are those that come in contact with the fruit and the juice. These are made of extra-thick polyamide. The lower pressing ‘cone’ can be detached and put through the dishwasher. The ‘Hadarit’ is made by hand in a kibbutz in the western Negev. It comes with a 2-year guarantee on all parts, including a replacement guarantee on any part needing repair.
