This heavy Everlast jump rope is made of 6 mm thick cowhide and for extra speed it is fitted with bell bearings. Birchwood handles with built-in steel weights enhance the training effect. Boxing trainers appreciate not only the workout effect but also the positive influence on their pupils’ coordination abilities. Also suitable for non-boxers.
