Interior lighting.

With adjustable lamp-shades: pendant lamp with opal glass shade, stainless steel arms and cable and brass. The original can be found in catalogues from the 1920s described as “Glass Bowl” or “Pendant” lamps with an alabaster shade and braided cable. Our lamp-shade is of white opal glass attached by four rods to a thin tubular pendant, not directly to the ceiling baldachin as in the original. The shade can be adjusted for balance by using any or all of the clamps attached to the cleverly designed four stainless steel rods – a single press of the thumb releases the clamp, and the weight of the lamp-shade re-sets it automatically at the right spot. We offer these lamps in two sizes of lamp-shades (the height remains the same). The light with the bigger shade is designed more for larger rooms in older houses with higher ceilings.

All too often these days our choice of furniture falls into two categories - »nostalgic« or »trendy« - we are faced with a similar problem when it comes to lighting. Together with a number of established English, French, Austrian, German and Swiss light manufacturers, we are attempting to find a third alternative.
