Imitation parchment is made from pure cellulose. It is a type of parchment paper and like this one, distantly resembles genuine parchment. This one is a pure, natural-brown paper made from unbleached cellulose - completely free of additives. It is heat-resistant (up to approx. 200° C), grease-proof, taste-neutral and absorbs condensation.
