The Down Jacket: the winter coat.

Padded jackets and coats are on sale everywhere: nearly all of them made of cheap materials with dubious synthetic fillings - not to mention what they do to your personal appearance (the Michelin Man comes to mind!). We believe we can do better. Outside we've put a layer of Swiss EtaProof® cotton material, wind-proof and rain-resistant, manufactured by a special process that preserves the natural breathability of the cotton; inside, yes: a filling! But of Class 1 goose down, unbelievably light and warm, of a quality one normally associates with luxury eiderdowns. And to increase the comfortable feel, we've put the down quilting in the inside of the jacket, which enhances the warming effect, and, secondly, keeps the jacket from puffing up. The material into which the down is sewn is, by the way, not synthetic, but natural, dense-woven cotton.

The Gentlemen's Model - Cut and Features.

Classic straight cut. Adjustable waist. Detachable hood with light down filling, contrast lining on inside, button-up chin flap; hood can be further adjusted by cord pull-through system. The parka can be buttoned up to the chin by a two-way zip concealed by a stud-operated, wind-proof fly front. Two big side zip-up pockets to warm your hands, with two bulky patch pockets outside, equipped with flaps and concealed studs. Two spacious zip-up inside pockets. A special feature is the safety pocket for purse or mobile phone built into the front fly and accessible even when the jacket is buttoned up.
