75521 Wool and felted wool.
There are three materials involved here: A double knit, stout yarn made of worsted pure new wool (2xNm 28/2) is spun or rather plated with a cotton thread (Nm 34) – in order to enforce the structure and enhance the moisture transport – so that the soft cotton is located on the inside, where it comes in contact with the skin. The heavily strained parts of the socks – sole, heel and toe – are additionally strengthened with a felted merino wool thread. This felted wool sole is especially abrasion resistant, transports moisture really well and insulates perfectly against the cold. The toes are hand-looped. » see product details...

Easy-to-read digital display. The machine works with the "Step-Off" technique: you don't see your weight till you've stepped off. Weights are electronically calculated from a base zero figure, which in turn constantly adapts to changes in room temperature, humidity etc. Automatic switch-on / switch-off function (step-on activation).

65704 The Fisher Bullet Pen.
One of the best known pens of the 20th century - the Fisher Bullet pen. In 1948 Paul Fisher started producing the first pocket ball-point. The solid chrom-plated barrel body has a timeless design and is only 9.5 cm long when capped, but is nevertheless easy to use. From 1968 onwards, Fisher developed, especially for NASA space missions, a hermetically sealed, pressured cartridge which prevented the ink from drying up (with the slogan ‘still writes after 100 years'). These pens are used by astronauts. » see product details…
84009 Thermowood: Heat, not Chemicals.
Our forefathers knew an extremely simple and natural way of giving wood lasting protection from outside influences – heat treatment, with no chemical additives! It works like this: heat the wood to between 180-220° C, and a kind of ‘caramelization’ takes place, producing a dark brown coloration. Parts of the (hemicellulose) cell walls are broken up and ejected in crystal form, and the hollow spaces left behind filled up by the remaining elements. » see product details…

A particularly welcome feature: the tin has a small tube in the middle which contains a brush for applying the glue.
