'Single' Apple Juice: Red Sternrenette.

The Red Sternrenette, a classic 'Christmas apple' due to its shiny dark-red skin, has been grown for many years in the orchards along the Rhine valley. The private firm of van Nahmen have their cellars in this area, and have pressed for us a full-flavoured refreshing unblended apple juice with a nice balance between the fruit's natural sweetness and acidity. Beware, though! The taste is highly addictive, and the number of bottles produced limited – the Red Sternrenette is unfortunately a rather uncommon variety!
